Returns  
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.  
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.  
- Please contact us at support@trustcart.club before returning any item.

Refunds  
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.  
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable Items  
- Certain products such as personal care items, toys with open packaging, or custom orders cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Item  
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo proof at support@trustcart.club.

Shipping Costs  
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
